At Felo Fragancias, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we share our return and exchange policy:
Returns and Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

We do not accept returns of opened or used perfumes for hygiene reasons.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Products That Cannot Be Returned

Opened or used perfumes.

Items on final sale or clearance.
Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will send you a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Please include photos of the product and packaging.
Refunds

Once your product is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error (damaged or incorrect product).
Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a shipping service with a tracking number.
