Return Policy – Felo Fragancias

At Felo Fragancias, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we share our return and exchange policy:

Returns and Exchanges

  • You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • We do not accept returns of opened or used perfumes for hygiene reasons.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Products That Cannot Be Returned

  • Opened or used perfumes.

  • Items on final sale or clearance.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will send you a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Please include photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

  • Once your product is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return has been approved.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error (damaged or incorrect product).

Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a shipping service with a tracking number.
